Welcome to Nuv360. By accessing and using our Virtual Tour and Virtual Staging creation platform, you agree to these Terms of Use. Please read the conditions carefully before proceeding.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering, accessing, or using the Nuv360 platform, you declare that you have read, understood, and accepted all rules, conditions, and obligations set forth in this document. If you do not agree with any of the terms, we ask that you do not use our services.

2. Platform Usage

Nuv360 provides tools for creating, editing, and hosting 360-degree virtual tours. You agree to use the platform exclusively for lawful purposes, and it is expressly prohibited to:

• Upload illegal, defamatory, obscene content or content that infringes third-party copyrights.
• Attempt to breach the security, infrastructure, or systems of Nuv360 (denial of service attacks, code injection, etc.).
• Commercialize or sublicense access to the platform without prior authorization (except for White-Label accounts expressly contracted for this purpose).

3. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights of the Nuv360 platform, including source code, design, logos, Artificial Intelligence algorithms, and interfaces, belong to Nuv360 and its licensors. Use of the platform does not grant you any ownership over these assets.

However, the images, panoramic photographs, and tours created and uploaded by you remain entirely your intellectual property. You grant us only the necessary license to host and display this content to the visitors you define.

4. Plans and Payments

Access to certain advanced features (such as AI Virtual Staging and custom domains) depends on subscribing to paid plans. Prices, panorama limits, and features are described on the pricing page.

Subscription renewal occurs automatically in the contracted period (monthly or annually). If payment is not identified, access to premium features may be suspended until regularized.

5. Limitation of Liability

Nuv360 uses its best efforts to keep the platform online and secure (99.9% uptime). However, we are not responsible for loss of profits, indirect damages, or interruptions arising from infrastructure provider failures (cloud) or force majeure events.

It is the user's responsibility to back up their original photographs before processing them on the platform.

6. Modifications to the Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Use at any time. Significant modifications will be communicated via the registered email or through notices in the platform dashboard. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
